A study of patients presenting to their GPs with troublesome upper GI symptoms has found that GPs’ and gastroenterologists’ clinical diagnoses and the 12-item Reflux Diseases Questionnaire (RDQ) have similar accuracy, but a trial of esomeprazole therapy does little to clarify the situation....
